Italy have made four changes to their starting team for the trip to Dublin to face Ireland in the RBS 6 Nations.

Sergio Parisse and Alessandro Zanni are both ruled out injured in the pack. Paul Derbyshire and Marco Bortolami come in to replace them.

In the backs, Edoardo Gori and Tommaso Allan drop to the bench. Tito Tebaldi and Luciano Orquera come into the team at halfback.

Michele Rizzo, Antonio Pavanello, Manoa Vosawai and Andrea Masi all come in on the bench.
